Verified Renter Maintenance is wonderful, office staff is very responsive. Ongoing issue (staff is working on it) with some dog owners not picking up their pups poops. Very quiet and feel very safe here. Neighborhood/community events are well planned with a good seasonal variety.

Verified Renter Been here just over 3 years. Not as nice as when we first moved in. Andy, the maintenance manager Is the best. Tracy who is our apartment life coordinator is awesome. Every month she does fun things for the residents

Verified Renter Going on three years here, and it's honestly a great community. Kid & pet friendly, and very safe. The apartment life directors care about you, and go out of their way to host events, and build the community. Only complaint I would have is some of the residents don't pick up after their dogs, and some drive too fast (even with the speed bumps.)
