Verified Renter All of the office staff and management have given me so much support and help with guiding me through the leasing experience. Having just gotten over Covid, planning a move with my two adult special needs children, finding the right apartment for us was feeling a bit overwhelming. I knew I was at the right place when everyone gave me loving support and help. My children and I feel right at home here and are looking forward to enjoying all the great facilities available.

Verified Renter Fountain villas I believe is a good community to live in, everyone is friendly, great for kids and pets. Office staff are nice, same with maintenance. Appliances need to be update in my opinion for a luxury apartment and touch ups to walls and caulking could be done better and not just quickly and messy. It would also be nicer if people picked up after their dogs.

Verified Renter Nice community, especially for kids and pets. Open and accepting neighbors. Kind staff at the office, and good maintenance guys. Only complaint is wish the appliances were better, and the residents need to pick up after their dogs.

Verified Renter It’s very quiet here for the most part. All the residents seem very friendly. The only issue I have are the barking dogs from time to time. However, it’s never an issue at night time. Very quiet and peaceful during the night.

Verified Renter Prices are a bit high but overall its been really nice. The staff has been helpful as well. I do wish people would pick up after their dogs a bit better than they are. However I do appreciate that we can have dogs here.
