Verified Renter Going on three years here, and it's honestly a great community. Kid & pet friendly, and very safe. The apartment life directors care about you, and go out of their way to host events, and build the community. Only complaint I would have is some of the residents don't pick up after their dogs, and some drive too fast (even with the speed bumps.)

Verified Renter Enjoying living here so far. Our move in was less than ideal. Communication from the office staff was awful! Since move in, we've enjoyed living here though.

Verified Renter Been here just over 6 months. Jen in the front office is very responsive to needs, maintenance is quick. They respond normally on the same day unless the request comes in late in the afternoon. Emergency requests (I’ve had one) on a weekend was responded to within an hour of reaching the maintenance staff. Verified Renter We had a smooth move in. A few bumps but they were taken care of immediately. Our building is nice and quiet as well. The pool area is also nice and started to meet other residents as well who had nothing but good things to say about the complex

Verified Renter Staff is great, both in office and maintenance. Nice any issues, prompt service all around. Buildings are sturdy and provide great sound insulation. Only issues... people not cleaning up after dogs, garbage areas are a mess...dirty with over abundance of recycling left all over. I hate dropping stuff there. And cars parked in handicap spots with no handicap plate or sign.
