Verified Renter WE enjoy living here but things seems to be declining in the last year or so. Junk Cars, people parking in handicap spots that should not be, weed smoke filtering into our apartment all the time.

Verified Renter Fountain Villas are secluded but in the heart of Bevard County. The staff & amenities are top notch. They have open floor plans & plenty of parking.

Verified Renter So far things are ok. Some minor hiccups with the A/C not working. I see some things in the apartment that could have been cleaned better. The water pressure in the main bathroom shower is not sufficient. The cement in the hallways needs to be cleaned with a pressure washer. People parking in the handicap spaces which is something that bothers me and the security guy should be putting notes on the cars when he sees this.
