We have been a customer for a year now and find their technicians very knowledgeable. They are enthusiastic and explain everything they re doing. We have a dedicated technician, Peter, for monthly inspections and treatments who Is delightful to deal with. When we found a winged ant in our basement we called the main Number and Peter called us right back. I contracted with Fox recently. They've been here twice and just came back for a follow up. They've been professional, friendly and accommodating. I asked them back after a few weeks because I started to see more pests coming in from the outside. They didn't hesitate and we're here rather quickly. I would recommend them.
Great service, fast response to requested treatment, wonderful technician, performed job on holiday. Highly recommended.
Very annoyed with Fox Pest Control. They showed up unannounced, uninvited at my home at 9:00 pm on a Tuesday night, and then had the gall to keep pushing their sales pitch after I clearly expressed my frustration at their presence. The fastest way to lose my business? Show up at my home uninvited at 9:00 pm and disrupt my family's private, quality time. No thank you, Fox.
Door to door pressuring 90 year old parents three times after being advised not to return. Now we have to get police in Rotterdam involved.

We had a terrible infestation of moles tunneling and leaving mounds all over our front lawn in Albany NY. I found Fox Pest Control via Exterminator Pros as the "local Albany" co. They offered next day service - (already Oct. 1 here). I had already had another pest control company that had come to inspect and suggested fumigation. Horrible experiences with this company. Their sales tactics include ringing your doorbell late at night, early in the morning, or generally whenever they feel like it. Aggressive, pushy salespeople. No vehicle in sight- just a random person with a clipboard who will likely tell you your neighbors use his services (which I doubt). Don't think for a second that this company doesn't know what their salespeople are doing.
