Very poor communication between office staff, service techs, and clients. The service tech did not clearly explain the process when I was confused. They charged me the full amount for the job after starting it, not even completing 75% of the job, and before they (didn't) called to schedule the completion.
I’m a new client and today was the initial meeting and Jaxon was amazing and extremely professional as well as informative. He made sure that I understood exactly what I had purchased. Then as he was getting started outside another Fox truck showed up the assist Jaxon and two more got out. Absolutely zero organization at this company - constant cancellations (despite written confirmation and prepayment of appointments) with no communication whatsoever - we were left waiting multiple times with nobody showing up or even calling to say they had to cancel. In one instance, they couldn't even figure out where their own technician was. They would leave us on hold for long periods of time every time we called. The techs are very good. The front office is terrible. Great at calling you for upsells, bad at answering their phone for service calls and following up on ongoing problems. When I asked to discontinue contract after my last service on a yearly contract one month from end of contract refused to do it and told me I had to call back. Finally did it after I indicated that I would file a complaint. Took me 25 minutes for what should have been a simple 3 minute call. We have had Fox Pest Control for over 5 years. They have been wonderful. There has never been a problem and they are extremely responsive. If we call with a question or a problem they send someone very quickly. Our technician, Brett is great, We highly recommend them
