Here is my super honest view of Fox based on my experience alone. After finding many ticks, one on my body was my last straw, my husband called Fox and requested services. They were here the day of the call which was fantastic. Joe was great! However, two weeks later we found more live ticks. My service person Dan, was timely, hard working, polite, professional and courteous. I asked him how long a day he worked and he told me "until the work is done." When you call the office you are greeted with "How can I make you day better?" Excellent customer service and excellent work ethic!
Daniel did a great job but my overall review is for the lying salesperson who didn't disclose multiple things and when I asked him specifically what the price was, he said $99. He didn't say $450 discounted to $99. He didn't say anything about a cancelation fee. He didn't tell me anything I needed to know so I no longer trust this company as a whole and will be getting away from them as soon as possible. They showed up when promised and did their treatment. HOWEVER, be careful with these folks. I have protection for rodents, BUT they tell me that moles and voles are not covered - just mice!! We also have protection from ants, carpenter ants, bees, carpenter bees, BUT not termites. Read the contract carefully. Basically they cover diddlysquat. They are just like insurance companies “Oh, I’m sorry, that is not covered” For additional and separate fees (which are outrageous)they will actually cover what you might actually need.... read more
Wow. Fox Pest Control is truly a class act. TJ and Peter just left. They were inspecting for termites. They were so personable, knowledgeable, polite, kind, professional, and all around great guys. I loved them so much I want to invite them over for dinner! How many times does a company/contractor make you feel this way? Not often.
