CAUTION! Families BEWARE!! Do not work with Bernard at the Fox Rental Car location in Orlando. He sneaked an additional cost of insurance we had declined. It was a cost for a “Lost Damage Waiver” that doubled our bill! Once we discovered the cost the local branch refused to reimburse us.

I booked one car on line with them, the price was 1200 for 30 day, when I arrived at their place in Miami, after take a shuttle and wait a LOT, they wanted charge me 2800!!! Seriously?? This is a FRAUD!! They CHEAT the costumers. don't waste your time, rent from another company that you can trust....Fraud

There’s two agents working on a Saturday. While we don’t expect car rentals to be super fast, the wait here in Orlando is ridiculous. Two full bus loads of travelers waiting in line with only two agents working. Lots of empty workspaces/computer monitors with no staff.

Arrived at airport at midnight. Had to wait for 35 mins for the shuttle. Shuttle was over full. Had to squat in the aisle. I'm worried I will miss my flight home if we have to wait as long to go back to the airport

they are slow picking you up from the terminal. one hour wait for some on the bus. 20 minutes for me. adventure is just beginning

Airport shuttle needs improvement. Waited almost 1 hour for a shuttle to the airport..some customers miss there flight. I also almost miss our flight. Never rent a vehicle from Fox .

They rented us a roach infested car. Like literally infested. Big ones. Small ones. Disgusting. Then I remembered I left something in the car. Called to retrieve it but the car was already re rent out! A couple hours later! Rent at your own risk unless you already have roaches!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT rent from here. They tell you to arrive 2 hours before your flight and NO shuttle for an hour. They DO NOT care about you missing your flight. We missed our flight and the attendant at the counter just shrugged his shoulders like oh well. Not to mention the car was full of ants. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!
