Fox Rent A Car from Orlando was great. We landed on March 22nd at 945 a.m. after getting off the plane and collecting our bags we waited about 10-15 min for the shuttle. Once we got to the site we waited a total of 25 mins to get our vehicle. Our Kia Sportage was very clean with no damage. We dropped our vehicle off April 1st at 1130 a.m.with no problem & shuttle was there within 10 minutes. My total charge was for $363.00 no hidden fees or extras. I would definitely rent from them again
A little far from the airport, but we’ll worth it because of the price!! Once we got there we were in and out in like 5 minutes!!! Just make sure and go outside to catch the shuttle bus!!
Our experience with Fox Rent a Car was GREAT! From speaking with Tony in the Customer Service department to confirm our reservation to Galina who was a joy to work with when we picked up our rental! Her customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was so courteous and helpful and did everything she could to process our two vehicle rentals quickly and efficiently. We had a great experience. It was definitely the best value, and the pickup and drop-off processes were pretty smooth. The shuttle driver helped us with our bags. Will use them again!
