Avoid using this company in Orlando. Long waits, crowded vans, Unwanted Upsell's, Dirty un-sanitized cars, cars are not safety checked at all, we had one with 2 low tires that we had to refill every day.
AVOID renting in Orlando. Upsell is horrible, relentless. They lie that you need to rent a transponder for tolls as because of COVID tolls no longer accept cash (false). They require you to prepay for gas or they will not rent to you. They don’t honor reservation car and downsize the car to an intermediate from my reservation of a SUV Not a lot of options at 10m of the Friday before Thanksgiving. Ahmed is/was RUDE
HORRIBLE. I rented a car this past weekend from the Orlando location. They asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler for $20 more. I said sure, it’d be more fun than the car I’d initially reserved. My original rental was supposed to cost me $110. So, $20 more wasn’t a big deal. I get the keys to the wrangler and head out to the vehicle. It’s disgustingly dirty inside. I go back in to the office and ask for another vehicle. No!! The shuttle to the airport took a while to get and come back to airport! Waited over an hour once at rental place! Our car was sooo dirty in the inside! Yuck! Thank god I had Clorox wipes with me!! Never again!!
Updated 9/29/20: i messaged the business as requested after this review and received a response that they would be crediting my account for the extra charges in 3-5 business days. I am actually very impressed with how quickly and painlessly this has been resolved. Landed in Tampa Florida at 2:30 been waiting over an hour to get our car place is ridiculous
Sales agent lied and told me it was illegal to not pay for the almost $200 toll pass. I said i preferred paying cash since they were only a few dollars each. June 2020 and he said there are no cash payments available and I had to buy the pass. What a jerk. He also said full tank when it was below 3/4. Luckily we caught it and made them change before we left with the car. Honesty goes a long way in sales. I understand upselling but lying is not good business.
Scam artists. Stay away.
