This place is a joke from start to finish. We were told that they were open 24 hours to drop our car off for an early am flight which they are not. Customer service is as bad as one could imagine. Never again will we use this company.
Worst company customer service ever. I rented from MCO. I provided my personal liability insurance at moment of picking up my rental. On the rental agreement provided to me it included the insurance. Ahain told the counter customer service agent about this charge. He explained to me that I would not appear on my final invoice. And what happened, now this charge appears and it was already charged to my credit card. If I could give them zero stars I would. We accidentally got on the wrong shuttle bus (due to the woman at the airport telling us the wrong place to go) and when we realized and told the driver, he yelled at us and said he was going on break and to figure it out on our own. Put our luggage in the parking lot and left. We had no idea where we were nor did we have a way around. He was absolutely disrespectful and I will never rent from this company due to this experience.
Rented through fox rentals for our Disney trip, we drove the car from the airport to the hotel, an hours drive total. Went to use the car two days later for an early start to the day (much needed if you want any of the more popular rides) and it wouldn’t start. According to fox roadside assistance, the car had a known battery issue. Now, we have to wait for a jump and bring it back to the rental location to swap. we paid for a car rental on Expedia. when we got to fox the representative encouraged us to upgrade for about 10 dollars per day. we gave him our credit card. now we were charged for the entire rental on our card. they did not credit us for what we paid on Expedia. they told us to call Expedia and get our money back from them-which is non-refundable. funny that they got our reservation from Expedia and were paid, but we have to take the hit twice. DONT USE FOX RENTAL CARS. Terrible!
I rented a car through Expedia on ***Today November 16, 2021*** with a total of $380.43 The front desk associate he was a total *%+¥£€ and REFUSED to rent me a car without a credit card. (Which I didn’t have) and which was not mentioned anywhere on the Expedia website. I respectfully asked him if I could get my money back and he said I had to contact Expedia directly.
TERRIBLE. Do not rent from them.
Awful experience. Same as all the other reviews. They charged a bunch of extra money to my credit card. (Which will be disputed). The car broke down and I waited on hold for hours. They never answered any of my calls. They sent me to a repair place to have it fixed then never paid the repair place so I ended up calling them and not being able to get through to anyone for several hours. Overall terrible experience. I highly recommend reading these reviews because they are all accurate. Worth going to a reputable place.
