unprofessional and offensive staff. unable to get a hold of anyone about a possible early drop off for the car so i can make it to my flight that was bundled with this car via priceline. no one answers the phone and now im honestly scared of not making my flight that is set to depart an hour after fox opens. between checking my bags TSA and getting to my gate. now i have to hope returning the car is a quick easy deal and i have to ensure the shuttle is going to be on time. We tried to communicate that our flight would be 2 hours early but no one answered the phone. When we arrived we were told that they had no Jeep's available (we had reserved a Jeep) to give us early but we could take a mid sized SUV. We said ok and went out to the car and Wales last 7 JEEPS available to rent. We walked back in to ask what the heck is going on and we were told that those were reserved for others. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! Terrible experience, only needed the car for 5 days. Was quoted $260 online. After getting the car they tried telling me it was going to over $800. I laughed in the guys face after looking at everything he tried to charge me for.
Total disgrace of a company! You do not honor your customers at all!! You just like to take money in a very scary time for the world. You should be disgraced with themselves
They gave me the wrong car (a cheaper car) and didn't refund me money even when they said that they gonna do it.
Force fed toll package. Was not worth it at all. Went to another company later in week with no pressure at all. Is there a bonus for selling these deals?? Avoid !!
We rented a Jeep from fox at Orlando. Here are a few things we do. It like it, 1. The car rental place is far away from airport and need shuttle to go there 2. We returned the car at 10 PM at night then we realized that we left jackets on the back seats. We went back there 3PM next day. The staff said the car was already rented out. They cleaned the car and did not find any stuff there. Kids were pretty upset those jackets mean something special to them
Try hiring courteous helpful customer-service oriented employees & stop screwing people!
