Absolutely Trash Company! Rented from them in Phoenix and was involved in a hit and run. I have all the police paperwork and all the reports and they are still coming after me for $1200. What turned out to be a rough experience on my end is even worse because of a garbage car rental company. We landed at the Denver, Colorado, Airport and caught a shuttle to FOX RENT A CAR to pick up our car rental. The agent at the counter told us that if we were going to Colorado Springs or Estes Park we would have tolls of $200.00. Five $20 tolls going and five coming back. We were taking the interstate west towards Colorado Springs, then heading north to Estes Park. The agent said it would be much cheaper to pay the $11/day toll pass *** ($88 for us) than the $200. I rented a car from Fox rent a car on Nov.3 rd in Denver, Co. They don't show you the contract. They just ask you to sign here here here. It was dark, cold, and I was exhausted. The next day I decided I wanted to return the car. I was informed that they would charge me $36 a day for every day that I booked and do not use the car. I asked them to show me this in the contract, and they said it's not in the contract. It's on their website. It takes about six clicks on their website to find it. They are the worst rental car place around. They don't inform you of all of the fees they place on your account. You ask for receipt so I can look at fees and they will email it to you. PLEASE DON'T EVERY RENT FROM THEM. THE WORST COMPANY AROUND.

I rented a mid size vehicle, vehicle was clean and had no problem with it. I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I told the gentlemen that accepted the returned vehicle that I wanted to pay some cashless tolls that I had encountered. He told me don't worry they will bill you. Two weeks later I received a bill for $97.50. My tolls totaled $7.50( four tolls of 1.34 and two of 1.07 each). I, like many posts here would give them a MINUS if I could, 1 star is not even fair. This is the worst company I have ever done business with A total SCAM company. They lie to your face, misrepresent everything they say and than SCAM you. Legal CROOKS.I reserved a car from Expedia on Sept. 2, 2021 for a rental at the Denver airport. Beware of this company and this miami offsite location. They will confirm that there are no other charges but preys on you and outright LIES and tells you that you have to get mandatory insurance even though when you make the reservation, they'll tell you that as long as you have your insurance papers and you bring it, you don't have to get their insurance. I rented a car with Fox Rent A Car out of PHX in July 2021. A rock chipped the windshield and was a covered loss by our insurance company. Our insurance sent an agreement for the settlement amount that generously included a portion of the Fox $150.00 ADMIN FEE but $75.00 of that fee was still outstanding. The Fox adjuster, Judi McCarty, sent an email advising they refused to accept the insurance payment and demanded my credit/debit card information to pay the difference myself. I rented a car in California and when I went to pick it up at Fox, I found their cars were high mileage, not in great shape or cleaned for the next customer to use. They also charged an extra $125 for insurance which they said I needed because I am insured in Florida. I have ***** and I have fabulous insurance coverage.
