I rented a car at the Las Vegas location. The first car that I rented was having mechanical issues so I returned it FULL. The lot staff drove it off instead of checking it in normally. They gave me a second car. I returned the second car, also FULL. I was charged $132 plus tax or gas when I returned the car full. I filled it with the gas station across the street from just minutes before it was returned. I want the almost $150 for gas returned because both cars were FULL upon return.

They charged me additional fees that I never agreed too. We made it to the rental place after midnight. I suppose to have a 3 day rental not two days which the cost were supposed to be 108.71. The sales rep added toll fees which their wasn't one single toll bridge in site. I agreed to 41.00 gas fill up not 71.00. Then they turned around and charged me 60.00 in late rental fees. This is a scam. I prepaid for my reservation through Expedia, and when I got home, they took another 340.00 out of my account. It took me most of the day to finally get someone on the phone to talk to me and he agreed to remove the insurance they were billing me for, which I told them I didn't want in the beginning. Leaving me paying 150.00 for taxes, one tank of gas for a Corolla and a Sun Pass, that I ended up not even needing. I think I may have used for one toll. Booked a rental with Fox Rent-A-Car on August 4, 2021 for pickup on August 31st. The booking was confirmed on August 28th. A rental car was never provided and Fox Rent-A-Car did NOT offer any kind of assistance. - Waited 25 minutes for the Fox shuttle. - Bus driver would NOT let us on the shuttle. - Bus driver stated we could NOT rent a car. - Fox Rent-a-Car had no concern with leaving us stranded at the airport after 10PM. Do NOT trust this company.

If I could give this negative stars I would. From the start we have had an AWFUL experience with Fox Rentals and I can't recommend this to anyone. We waited 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, once we arrived it was 30 minutes to get to the counter, then an additional 30 minutes at the counter before even getting the car. They didn't have our car ready, so they said we had to pay for an upgrade. This costs us an additional $500 which we hadn't planned on. I wrote to customer service about this, as I fe... read more

we picked up car a 9.pm and return it at 8 pm in same location in San Diego airport. Only one person at counter and one person in the lot. With only 6 people onleine, it took us about 1.5 hours to get to the counter. So we actually got the cat at 10:30 pm. When we return, the lady at the counter told us to leave the keys in the car and we are good to go. The next day, they emailed us the bill for extra day rental charge.

On 9/3/21 I showed up to the counter of fox rental car Salt Lake City airport and gave them my reservation number. They told me that they do not have a van. I ask to speak to the **** the manager at slc. I told him I just need a 7 passenger ******* and that a have special need child that needs special care. I ask him why would you give someone a reservation number and not have a van. He got confrontation and told me to leave if I don't like it. Man want customer skill this manager have? So sad!! I have left 3 voicemail, Been on hold for over 4 hours and I cant reach anyone else. My car won't start and I have to return it tomorrow to the airport. I dont know whats wrong and no one answers their phone or calls me back. I do not want to be held responsible for this and need someone to call me ASAP.
