Get directionsI rented a car in Orlando. I had the nicest man, Hassan. Hassan even traded a car due to the first one smelling like cigarrette smoke. The problem is in the charges. They charged me for 28 gallons of gas, despite the tank only holds 14 gallons. I was also charged for the loss damage waiver that I did not want. You call customer service and it an hour wait and still no person to help. The tax % are calculated on ?, I do not know where they pulled these numbers from. Thanks but no thanks, I will not be using them again.

Terrible! Was supposed to be $255 at pick up and ended up being over 1,000.00! They knew they could over charge us and there was nothing we could do about it because we had missed our flight and were late getting there. Not ethical at all. Then after they took half of our money and acted like a total **** about it they charged us for not filling up the gas tank (EVEN THOUGH WE DID AND VACUUMED THE CAR) when we dropped it off. Can you have zero stars? Booked a car a week ago with Fox through Expedia. I broke my foot and need to change my primary driver. Called Expedia and they stated I had to do it directly through Fox. Called Fox and they said I had to do it through Expedia. I asked to speak with the Fox customer service reps manager....she said she didn't have a manager. I then reframed the question and asked to speak with her boss... she hung up on me.

Hi. I usually don't do this but this company is actively stealing. I can't believe this is allowed to go on. I made a reservation for 10 days four months in advance. (Total $411) Mind that their website is advertised: 100% Risk Free (Everywhere)! Then, I cancelled this reservation 2 months before the due date. FOX CAR RENTAL kept my money!!! I could not believe this. I hope that they are investigated. This is truly predatory behavior from a business. So disappointing. Never again.

No stars!!! This company is a complete and total rip off! Dont ever ever rent from them! They were extremely unprofessional when getting a car. They said they did not have the car that I had reserved, and a similar car would cost alot more per day! When I protested they said it would be the same if they had another 4WD. Fox rent-a-car is a company of thieves. When renting a car I made a reservation online, upon arrival they did not have my car I reserved. They offered me another vehicle quoting me at $20 a day. When I returned the car and received my bill via email to find out not only was I misquoted (and charged $45 a day for the car) but they also charged me for 4 different insurance policies. Fox Rent-A-Car in Las Vegas, Nevada is a complete and utter joke. Upon arrival at Fox which I placed a reservation for took 3 hour to get through the line. After the long flight from Ohio the lady that rented the car out initially was very unprofessional, sitting on her phone only half paying attention to the customers and there needs. Awful customer service I was on hold for 3 hours for two times and not once they have answered. My bill was supposed to be $200+ and ended up to $300+ They have a lot of hidden fees and I do not recommend this company. I want a refund from what was supposed to be $11/day toll ($33 three days) and ended up as $90+
