Absolutely horrible experience with Fox Car Rental. I have requested that a manager call me to discuss three times - by phone, by email, and via the company's online comment form a full week ago - with zero response. Here is the complaint submitted via comment form: I Booked directly through Fox and I prepaid our reservation to guarantee there would be no issue receiving the car. I picked the car up on a Tuesday first they didn't even inspect the car the car smelled like marijuana 20 min after leaving the low pressure light came on had to put air in the tire 4 times sent 4 email which when u call the state they respond in 24hrs which is clearly a lie I can't get through to customer service the brakes barely work it needs a oil change and a tune up they just need to retire the car waiting for a supervisor to contact us which no call back yet this is a very poor company

The car that they gave me was very nice and clean. The whole process on renting the car was good the only problem was when I returned the car my price went from $289 to $480 or something like that as they were charging me a full tank of gas even if I returned it with a full gas tank. Before I left the airport and talking to the FOX Representative she told me they will reimburse me my deposit as she got confirmation that the car had a full tank from her manager. Still has my money and they didn't provide me with my rental as they said it was on 'request'. Who 'request' a car rental and gets charged for it. If I could leave no stars I would.

I will be suing Fox rental for fraud. I have evidence that they illegally and falsely charge customers like me and have evidence that the management will not do anything to fix it despite their own employees telling the managers it's a false charge.

NEVER AGAIN! I arrived late at night with my best friend and both our moms... You not only did not have the vehicle I reserved, but the one you gave me had an old nail in the tire and the next day, after only driving a few miles, the tire split open. You left us stranded for over two hours, your roadside assistance employees were HORRIBLY rude and unwilling to help, a stranger had to come help us put a fix a flat and I personally drove to a nearby shop and paid out of pocket for the tire to be repaired. This is the letter I wrote to Fox Car Rental: DO NOT RENT FROM FOX, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just received a bill in the mail for a toll charge incurred when I rented a car in Denver CO for the dates 2/27-3/5. Although I'm not complaining about the $4.65 charge for the toll, that $15 Admin fee is ridiculous!!!. The sales agent never told me any such fee would be assessed.....I asked him several times about tolls, and his answer was always "you will be charged tolls based on license plate scanning on the roadways". Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I flew to a new city and showed up to get my rental car for them to tell me they ran out of cars. They told me to get an uber to where I needed to go ($300) I called to complain they said there is nothing they can do. Never ever going there again

NOT WORTH IT!!! After waiting 4 hours to pick up my rental car, I was led to the underground parking garage to get the keys, and no rep to do a walk around. As soon as I got into the light I found it to be completely filthy inside. Animal hair, layers of dust, sticky stuff. Obviously it wasn't cleaned, no COVID protocol taken. I have never worked with a car rental co that does business like this!
