We waited an hour at the airport to be picked up (he said he would be approximately 10 minutes). Then we get the rental car site ( which is advertised as being at SLC airport ). We waited in line an hour and a half to get a car. As the CSR is reviewing our reservation he had to go outside to check to see if they had the type of vehicle we rented? How do I give a business 0 Stars? Fox Rent a Car is USELESS. We booked a car through travelocity. We called them to try to add my spouse as a second driver and as the person who would pick up the rental. Fox Rent a Car refused to allow the person picking up the car to be changed. Then they just outright canceled the reservation We tried to fix things through Travelocity, but Travelocity told us the cancellation was made on Fox's end of the deal and they couldn't do anything about it. Verify disappointed with my experience with Fox Rental Car. I used them as I had used them many years ago and had no issue. This time the experience is not very good. The quality of the car they rented me in Denver CO was poor. When I used the windshield wipers, the rubber on one was missing. After waiting over an hour and half to pick up my reservation, I was told that I could not use my debit card to secure my reservation (which was not told to me at any point during the reservation making process). Used my boyfriends credit card to secure the reservation, and was NOT informed that he had to be added on as a second driver to the reservation. I am very sorry that you were unaware of the debit card policies for the booking. This information is in the rental policies which must be agreed upon before booking. Im refusing charges for the services I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT. This is a pathetic company that I am proud to say I will never do business with again. I CAN'T believe that this is how you treat a US Veteran. IS there "no stars" option? You Jammed/ Crammed my bill! Fox is the worse company to rent from. The ladies at the airport have horrible customer service. I was told I needed a credit card which I had and they didn't take that particular one. A credit card is a card card. Not written anywhere stating specific cards. Don't waste your time.

If I could give them no star that is what they would get. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a week now and no one picks up. I am disgusted with how they treat their customers. Had rude customer service at pick-up, was very unfriendly both at counter and checking out of the rental. Could not extend my rental online when I could not return the vehicle due to bad weather. Tried calling several times and had a 30 minutes hold time. The call would get disconnected at 15 minutes everytime I called. I sent messages online as well with no response with my phone number. Fox rent a car is shady and appears to be attempting to scam their customers. This is the 2nd time we used their company, prepaid for gas, took a picture of our gas level when dropping it off, and then being charged extra for "dropping it off with an empty tank!" This is ridiculous!! It then took time to call, speak to a representative, send a picture of our bank charge and now we have to wait 3-5 days to see the reversal of the charge which should never have happened.
