This is one of our favorite places to dine…Great service and ambience..worth the 1 hour drive.
Great restaurant and great live music every night
The food was outstanding. Best New York steak I've eatin in a restaurant, cooked perfectly with no extra fat to trim. Brisket hamburger and Salmon also excellent. Our waiter was attentive and even brought me a complimentary birthday dessert to go! We sat by the kitchen and the noise was a bit much for us. Warm bread and butter are not served before the meal so we missed that a bit but overall the restaurant was an excellent choice to celebrate my 67th birthday.
Great food, extensive menu. Several of us ordered a few appetizers instead of an entree and they were plentiful and tasted great!

Eating at the bar is delightful. There is high energy and that’s where the live music is too, making great energy for a date night. The booths are spacious and good for big groups. But the food leaves you wanting as well as the service staff.
Anniversary with an old timey twist!
No gluten free options for bread or desert, or even for the rack of lamb which on the menu says can be ordered without Panko crust. Food is okay but not worth what they're charging...
Elegant dining in downtown Nevada City. Great food, well-prepared. The best wait staff. Our go-to for a fabulous evening!
