I absolutely will never recommend any of the Friendship dealerships to anyone. I found a car online I wanted so I contacted them. They assured me it was available. It was at a Friendship out of town but they also assured me that getting it to Bristol was not a problem. I spoke to them on the phone 3 times and numerous text messages over two days. They are good when buying and when servicing but if you have other issues good luck. I had a issue for 3 years and over 20,000 miles while still under warranty and the issue was never resolved and didn't seem like there was much of an attempt to make it right either.

They will sell a car right out from under you. They’re the worst stealership

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the service department. Brought in my F150 for an oil change. Noticed within the following week that it was leaking oil and confirmed it was from the oil plug. Brought it back to the dealership, for the second Saturday in a row, only for the service department to claim it was not leaking and it was only oil dripped on the pan from the oil change that we were seeing. They tried to turn me away without fixing the problem TWICE during this visit. I had to crawl under the vehicle and show the service ... read more

Recently drove from WV to buy a 2020 Ford Explorer from friendship. Thought I had got a good deal and was happy. Only to get it home and find the horn doesn’t work, the 360 camera doesn’t work, there’s a rip in the leather. It has a clean car fax but find it was wrecked and the front right lower bumper is being held together by a drywall screw. My wife and I purchased a new Ford Escape a few months ago after seeing an online listing. My wife scheduled a test drive and upon dealing with Nathaniel, we felt very comfortable with his salesmanship and followed through with our purchase after a perfectly executed puppy dog close. I called looking for a new F250. I found one I liked at another dealer and asked the salesman if they could do a dealer trade. He said he would check. I kept checking back with him. He finally stopped answering my calls. I was wanting to give them a try but if this is the way you all do business no thanks.
