New 2016 Focus SE Owner Great customer service Margorie, Victor, and Luke. They answered all my questions about my soon to be car. I didn't feel pressured as I walked the lot. Frontier Ford staff were very helpful patience and courteous.

Quick Repair Our service advisor, Francisco, is amazing. He always gets our fleet vehicles in at the last minute and gets the services completed on them very quickly. He knows how important it is to our company to keep our fleet vehicles out of service for the minimum amount of time possible. He is friendly and polite and we truly enjoy working with him.

Great experience Extremely helpful, courtesy. Was understand with all my questions and my countless interruptions from my kids. Even let's us see how the car seats fit. That was the best car experience I ever had.

no response on follow up I was pleased with the service for the recall. Not so much with the follow up for the "shudder" that was found at that time My service was 7/15/16 and at that time I was told that the parts to repair the shudder were being ordered and would be in about 4 weeks from that date. It has been over 6 weeks, and I have not heard anything about scheduling my repair. I have called and was told there was no record of parts ordered. My attempt to reach the service manager were unsuccessful.
