Previous service gave me confidence.... My service was excellent as usual. I am especially great-full for the tire maintenance I've received on the four tires I purchased last year. After my last service I drove up to the Reno area and got caught in an unexpected huge snowstorm in the mountains and had to maneuver icy roads until I realized there was too much snow to go further without purchasing snow chains. Ford Cmax Victor and his manager did a great job, our second Ford from them. While looking for a used car, Victor showed me my first ever new car with a great deal and zero financing. My Cmax plug in gets me greener, has all the current hands free features and more, while giving me the distance needed for my longer trips. I have good friends I had ridden, driven their Cmax.
