I have owned a number of car brands- Audi, Lexus, Mazda, I have owned a number of car brands- Audi, Lexus, Mazda, BMW, Toyota, Jeep, Cadillac, Infiniti and have used all their service departments. Frontier Ford falls lowest on the list of my experiences. No car wash that the website promotes. A cold, matter of fact call from the service advisor that I need to spend $2600 on A/C repair. Still waiting to hear back from service rep (Jose Guzman) if warranty replacement of parts is approved by Ford. This is 1 month post servicing. I purchased the vehicle, without a test drive, as the 12V I purchased the vehicle, without a test drive, as the 12V battery was down. Upon vehicle delivery, i noticed consistent rattle sounds from B pillar. I’ve already taken the vehicle to the dealer 4 times but the issue hasn’t been resolved.
