Not managed correctly. Not managed correctly. Vehicle not completed as told. Took an extra two hours longer. Vehicle was scheduled for a ZakTek maintenance interior and exterior, recall, oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle brought in at 9:15, with a scheduled appointment set for 9:30. Very poor service at the service dept. Very poor service at the service dept. I had an appt for 8am, I came all the way from Santa Cruz, my car service hadn't even begun by 3pm. The attendant was rude when I was clearly upset about the lack of service. I was told in a rude manner that I can just take my car.

It was a horrible experience! It was a horrible experience! I had to wait 4 hours for a oil change. Ridiculous! They said they didn't have a Lexus filter, so that took 45 minutes to order. I was on the calendar, they should of been prepared. I will never go back.
