On time did what they said and very easy to work with would come back again

It's ok so far. But, technical issues happened when I picked up the car after service. Some issues: 1. Radio turns on automatically when the engine is on. But, when I turn it off, it is not off. 2. Many times, the screen blacks out when the car is moving on the road. OR, it is on, but points to the rear cameras (like when I back up). I hope these issues will be fixed. Ford is a great company! We love Ford! Thanks for asking for feedback!

I had an appointment for an oil change. I was told it would be an hour, hour and a half at latest. It was 2 hours. There is a recall for my vehicle that they made no mention of either. This service was not as good as past services.
