The Service Department is the best! The Service Department is the best! Edward is so helpful and good at communicating. He got my non-operational vehicle in right away and it was fixed 1.5 days later. Honestly I wish I liked the Escape PHEV so I could stay with this service department who have has treated me so well for 15 years.
