I'm very happy with the staff of Frontier Ford. Ford Corp no so much. I've got an electrical problem they have tried to address that has been going on almost 2 years now. Kevin sent out a request for the area representative to step in. He tells me they said they are too busy. TOO BUSY?!! I'm a long time Ford customer dating back to 1990 and to be told they are too busy is insulting! Ford Step it UP!
