The reason for only 4 stars is because most of the time when I would call the service department they would not answer the phone during business hours.

Repaired my emissions system, needed to pass smog for Repaired my emissions system, needed to pass smog for registration. After repairs, the vehicle still failed. Service double checked (found no problems) then explained hard errors and how to reset by driving a specific pattern of constant velocity followed by stop and go. And then waiting 8 hours for the answer. Thought they were crazy, it worked. :-)
