Very fast & efficient! Very fast & efficient! I was in & out within an hour & an half after completing the online application which made the process easy. Anything I was missing they were so patient with me while I found it. I felt bad for keeping them after closing time but they were super accommodating to make sure we finished everything correctly before I left.

Not only resolved my issue same day with no appointment, but checked my ford points and used them to cover the charges (with my permission). The technician who worked on my car prior to this The technician who worked on my car prior to this appointment (not Frank) lost my wheel lock key. We had to pay $110 for another one. That's not fair. If your people lose a part, the customer should not have to pay to replace the part.
