He is quick to keep me informed of what is going on with my car. The service team is nice and polite. I will continue to bring my car here and work with Leo for any maintenance or repairs my car will need.

Completed service I requested (catalytic converter Completed service I requested (catalytic converter change), gave me several additional service options via text that they identified as well (I chose a couple, not all). Delivered my truck upon completion, was able to use my Ford points to help reduce the overall cost as well. Miguel communicated with me throughout via phone and email.

My new Edge had issue with not accelerating smoothly My new Edge had issue with not accelerating smoothly after slowing down. I called Leo, who has been my service advisor for years, Leo helped me thru this process to have it diagnosed and fixed. It was covered under warranty. Thank you Leo and the transmission specialist at Ford! The Edge is running great again.
