I was warmly greeted by Ed Olivares at the check-in shortly after I got there. He reviewed my service needs including my Zaktek protection plan. All I needed was the usual maintenance checks and tire rotation, and he suggested that I get an alignment as it's been 3 years since I bought my SUV - turns out that it was necessary and I'm glad it was done. When the service was completed, Ed processed the paperwork and I was off. Note: the Zaktek work looked beautiful. Thanks a bunch, Ed and crew of Frontier Ford.
