Leo, my service advisor, was attentive and responsive. Leo, my service advisor, was attentive and responsive. The experience was frustrating in that parts were not available when they should have been and I ended up having to bring my car in 3 times, but Leo was communicative and responsive and made the whole thing entirely bearable. :)
