Work done as required, the only delay was from AAA Work done as required, the only delay was from AAA Insurance not keeping up with status of approval process.

I always feel like I can trust this place. I always feel like I can trust this place. Edward stays in touch throughout the entire repair process. The pictures and videos he sends are very helpful explaining the issue at hand. Repairs are the worst, but the professionalism at the dealership is worth the extra cost.

I had to have AAA take my Escape in to Frontier Ford. I had to have AAA take my Escape in to Frontier Ford. As usual Frontier took outstanding care of our Escape. Our service advisor, Leo Caudill, took wonderful care of us. He updated us on the work that had to be done. On completion he called & took our credit card over the phone & had our car delivered. We appreciate the care that Frontier takes of their customers.. my escape runs like new. We are very pleased.
