The only thing that wasn’t great is I had some questions about some of the proposed service , and had to play open tag with a very busy associate. All worked out.

I was offered free delivery of my vehicle which was great but they had to cancel my scheduled delivery and I had to wait till the next day to have my car delivered because they didn't have anyone that could drive stick. They ran a diagnostic on the car but missed a headlamp bulb that was out. Now I have to schedule another trip back just to take care of the lightbulb that's out.
