Mike Marshall is absolutely the best service advisor I've Mike Marshall is absolutely the best service advisor I've ever worked with -- at ANY dealer, repair shop, or other auto service provider. He's on top of the status of my car, follows up on commitments, and is very knowledgeable regarding Ford repairs. I've been coming to Frontier Ford for over 20 years.

Thomas Nazarenus is an asset to Frontier Ford. Thomas Nazarenus is an asset to Frontier Ford. He was always available via text for my questions. He went above and beyond to find the car I wanted. All staff at the dealership are friendly and it was a pleasure to purchase my Bronco at Frontier Ford. Victor Silva was also extremely personable and helpful. I already recommended Thomas to a friend who will be in the market for a vehicle soon. My husband is also considering purchasing a new car and is working with Thonas, as well.

Could not diagnose an AC issue where the AC is not cold Could not diagnose an AC issue where the AC is not cold and the air flow is restricted. Was charged for the diagnoses and could not find the problem. After picking the car up and driving home the issue was reproducible.
