I've been here before and the experience hasn't been I've been here before and the experience hasn't been good. This time, however, it was pretty good. My service contact, Edward, was articulate and set reasonable expectations up front. The waiting room had a great espresso machine that offered all kinds of drinks. Furniture was comfortable enough to work from my laptop. It wasn't too busy, so things went smoothly. I'm happy to see they've improved the experience for customers.
