All issues were taken care of. However, there was miscommunication and I wasn't told that my car would not be ready until after the weekend. I tried to get through to a manager on Saturday and was told there wasn't one on duty. By the time I followed up on the status of my repairs, it was too late to have a rental. This is the first time this has happened. But it caused a major inconvenience.
