I was having issues programming the new keys to my Ford I was having issues programming the new keys to my Ford Focus. I finally gave up on the YouTube video stating how to do it. I was pleasantly surprised just how personable and friendly the Service Manager Edward was. He understood my frustrations and with an empathetic sincerity, assured me that it will be taken care of in a timely matter. Work done as required, the only delay was from AAA Work done as required, the only delay was from AAA Insurance not keeping up with status of approval process.

I always feel like I can trust this place. I always feel like I can trust this place. Edward stays in touch throughout the entire repair process. The pictures and videos he sends are very helpful explaining the issue at hand. Repairs are the worst, but the professionalism at the dealership is worth the extra cost.
