Thomas gave us really great deal on a Maverick XLT hybrid. He also took our trade in off our hands for the price we wanted. From start to finish the process was seamless and easy. They also offer no mark up at this location so you don't have to worry about additional fees. Who knew cars could be so expensive? Ours ended up being over MSRP after taxes and licensing fees. Very pleased with my service appointment. My service advisor, Edward, was welcoming and listened to the reason for the visit. He briefly went over the diagnosis steps. Although they were not able to repeat the sound that i heard, they were able to rule out the worst scenario of an engine issue. I was advised to drive it a usual and see if i hear the sound again. I recently had my vehicle repaired at this dealership. I was absolutely bown away by the entire process. Night and day difference from the dealership I had previously been using. When I arrived at my drop off time, I was met immediately by my service writer, Edward. He had me in and out within 10 minutes of my arrival.
