Thomas was really helpful when we were car shopping and ultimately purchased a car at Frontier Ford last month. We were waiting for a car we found online to become available and he kept in contact with us, and had the car pulled in front and ready to drive as soon as we arrived. The paperwork process was smooth and faster than I anticipated.

I brought my 2016 Fusion hybrid for an oil change and to change the headlight bulb. I don't understand why Ford's engineer designed it so difficult to replace just the light bulb. Thanks to service advisor Rosalie for the pleasant experience and service manager Ryan for getting it done immediately
