I wanted to trade in my Bronco for a commuter friendly car and stumbled across president week 0% interest rate deals offered on Ford Escapes. UPDATE: within an hour of posting a negative review, got a call from the GM, Kevin, at Frontier and they will take care of me! One of the key people I was contacting became ill and not longer available so my concern got lost. I went there later in the day and was taken care of by Mo. They fully rectified the situation beyond my expectations. I am very happy with the result. Kevin came by while I was there to meet me and again apologize for the situation. He was very nice and as I said, they took care of me.
All of the staff at Frontier Ford was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby is very clean and hospitable. I had an amazing experience working with Martin Lin to purchase my car. He was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about all the Ford cards. Since Martin spoke Mandarin, he was able to communicate with my mom which was an extra plus! Our daughter was in the market for a Ford Bronco. We were on our way to Capitol Ford and then decided to stop at Frontier Ford on Stevens Creek Blvd. We're so glad we did! Refai in sales immediately greeted us in the parking lot with a warm smile and friendly exchange. I have a 2015 F150 and was having throttle and idling issues. Leo Caudillo service tech and Javier the transmission technician provided me updates as soon as possible and treated me in a very respectful manner. Thomas Battle really made the purchase of my new car seamless and efficient!
