I have nothing, but good things to say! I have been servicing my older ford escape here for years (excellent service department!). I took my car in for a service today, ultimately i decided it was time for a new car. My service agent, Braxton, was super communicative. I went over and spoke with salesman, Thomas- he was very knowledgeable and kind- helped me find the Ford Edge I was looking for! Then- very efficient work with Chris their finance person. I worked with Leo in the service department for my routine car check up and he made sure the entire process was seamless and was very informative! He was very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the day which is hard to come by. My 2014 Ford Mustang broke down in the middle of the street after business hours & I got it towed to Frontier Ford parking lot & left a note. Next morning, Edward from service department called & made sure he understood the problem I faced with the car & was in constant touch until everything was fixed & I picked up the car + was satisfied. I had a great experience at Frontier Ford. Thomas was an excellent sales rep and took time with me over two days to get the right vehicle selected. He was patient, helped weigh many options and get the choice right between many different models. Working with him was painless and zero pressure at all. Just completely helpful. The rest of the staff including managers were very friendly as well. overall just a very pleasant search and buy experience.

I bring my car in to the service department where Jesus L. always takes care of me and my vehicles. His excellent customer service and knowledge makes me comfortable to leave my car and know it will be taken care of. When I learned that Jesus was leaving a previous Ford employer, I followed him to Frontier Ford, even if it meant it was further away.

I had a great experience with the Service department at Frontier Ford in Santa Clara. My service advisor was Edward Olivares. I brought my 1997 Ford Aerostar cargo van in for an overheating issue. I had previously taken this vehicle to a DIFFERENT mechanic walking distance from where I live for the same problem, and that other service station worked on the car 3 different times, replacing the radiator, the heater hose junction, and the front freeze plugs.
