I had the pleasure of buying my dream truck from Cameron recently. He was able to assist me with all of my questions, obtaining a month payment i am more than comfortable with, in a very professional manner. Shout out to Cameron for being the man. Ask for him when buying your new vehicle.
We showed up looking to try out a Bronco, the salesmen were very strangely disinterested in selling cars. The sales person actually walked away while I was trying to engage them, twice. Art Boseman leapt into action and made all the wheels turn fast and smoothly. I ended up leaving with a new car and am very happy with how smooth the process was. He's a really great guy, very helpful and full of interesting stories as well.
Raymond was a good service advisor and was very helpful! Will come to service my car again with Raymond.
Needed to get service done, service advisor Rosalie tran was super helpful and very professional. Helped me get my car serviced and explained everything to me when prices were adding up due to a small error that was corrected.
Miguel Lopez was my service advisor and he did a great job. He was responsive and communicative. Routine service + wheel alignment + installation of LED headlights went great.
Saw a used car online that met my requirements and called in to come in to check out the car. Aleksey was my sales rep and he was very friendly and helped with answeing my questions and concerns. I told him my budget and he worked with Jack the sales manager to meet my budget. All and all highly recommend.
Miguel did an excellent job taking care of my car. Got my concerns taken care of and car was ready as promised. Overall great job communicating through out the process.
Had the pleasure of meeting Frank Puga in the service department today via a friend and I'm glad I did. Frank went over my manufacturer recalls with me and explained the difference between a recall and an extended warranty notification. My vehicle was reviewed and ready to go in no time. Thank you much and know I'll be back for sure.
