Needed a couple of things done on my Ford Mustang Mach e. I was on a short time fuse and needed to get them done quickly Fortunately Frontier Ford was open on a Saturday and had an availability. I made an appointment. The check in process was smooth with a friendly service advisor. They told me it would be 2-2.5 hours but they were done in 1 hour 45 minutes. Excellent!
THOMAS WAS THE BEST! Bought a pre-owned truck through this dealership and couldn't have gone more smoothly. The sales specialist Thomas was very direct and didn't try to overcharge me on anything. I was in and out in my new vehicle in just under two hours including the test drive. Very happy with my purchase and couldn't have had a better experience.
I had taken my vehicle for service and Edward was my service advisor. He did an amazing job helping me through all the issues that came up with my vehicle insurance, he made sure to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and that is very much appreciated.

Whoever did the zaktek coat on my Bronco deserves a shout out! 9:30AM appt on July 3. I did it last time and was disappointed. But this time, I was pleasantly impressed by the good job!
Aleksander was a great sales professional to work with. He was encouraging that he would try to negotiate a deal as much as he could, while being honest that it is not entirely in his hands. He was personable as much as he was professional.
