Frontier Ford has always taken really good care of me and my family. We have purchased 6 vehicles from them. That being said, I need help. I've been trying to get some information from the Finance department for weeks and no one has returned my calls. I've also been transferred to people who couldn't help me. Can someone please reach out to help me?

Frontier Ford is one of three dealers involved in my seat belt buckle saga. When I first came in, I talked to Leo, showed him how the buckle wouldn't latch unless you also pushed on the release button a bit. He said "yep, that's defective, lets get you in the system for a warranty claim." To both of our surprise, the system they used said it wasn't covered under either my Safety Warranty nor my extended Ford Premium Care Warranty. Stay away from the service department. recently bought a car here and the person who helped through the paperwork and payment was very helpful, but when it comes to the autobody service ( the small building behind frontier ford) i had an appointment and when i arrived they were just staring at me and not saying anything so I approached them saying that "i have an appointment" they kept on talking to themselves so i kept on waiting until i believe the supervisor saw me waiting then he made one of the persons that were laughin... read more

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They lied about absolutely everything and gave me a fake inspection when in reality, the vehicle needed thousands of dollars of repairs. These people are disgusting and so untrustworthy.

They treat women with disrespect here, and clearly try to take advantage of people who don't know about cars. This is not a honest or respectable establishment at all. If you want to be taken advantage... this is your place. You guys clearly need to reform your management on the service team, because your overcharging and taking advantage of customers.

I'm the past I thought of Ford as a reputable establishment and had trust in this company. I will never buy another Ford or take my 2 Ford vehicles here for service. My daughter's car had some electrical issues. The quote frontier ford was $9600 and that was after a $520 diagnostic. We got a second opinion and the issue was fixed for $295. Total crooks and they treated me like I was a stupid woman when I questioned them. I did give them an opportunity to make things right but it fell on deaf ears. I have taken our 2019 Ford Expedition truck down to Frontier ford a couple of times and each time it has been a very poor experience. One time i brought it in for an A/c gas leak repair and I was told they fixed it but it leaked agsin within a month and now they refuse to cover under warranty, I feel they may not even have diagnosed the matter and just recharged the gas and given it back to me. I've been trying to get ahold/get a call back from their finance department for about a month. They don't return calls or care to help you in anyway. The worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I will NEVER buy a Ford again thanks to this dealership. Steer clear of them. Terrible service all around.
