I brought my brand new FORD MUSTANG MACH E for service for a faulty Pre collision warning front camera malfunction. They attempted to fix the problem with a download. This did not work. They had me bring the car in a second time and a failed repair a second time. After the second failed attempt at repairing this serious problem, they advised me to wait 6 weeks for the part needed to resolve the problem. It has been over 3 months. So modern higher end fords come with a "phone as a key" feature and backup keycode functionality. I got a flat tyre and came here, they wouldn't repair the flat with the car either in valet mode or with the backup keycode. Told me it was policy. Went across the road and had no problem. I may have used foul language, but whatever. I'll get prepaid services done at a different dealer from now on.

Very bad service I made an appointment for the service and the day they give it to me I arrive and they tell me that the part is not there and to go another day. They called days later to say that they already had the part but they didn't say what day to take it so I took the truck the next day they called and they didn't want to take care it of so I told the guy that I wanted ready. I just can't believe I went through what I did involving the parts department of Fronter Ford located at 3701 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95051. The overall YELP rating for this business is 2.7 as of this review date. They do have some 5 star reviews, usually related to vehicle purchases. They have a lot of 4,3,2, AND 1 star reviews. I'm from Detroit. My family members that worked for Ford and have moved here would not recommend this Frontier dealership. That wasn't always the case. But this place sucks now. Probably the last 15 years. I'm not sure what changed. I've managed a fleet of vehicles for years, and have often "tried out" Frontier Ford. Often because due to their proximity, but have been let down by their service, follow up, billing practices, etc. EVERY TIME! We have purchased a couple of cars at this dealership over the years, and the service went from outstanding to absolutely abysmal! I have been calling for 2 days trying to get a service appointment for my 2022 Ford Escape I purchased at this dealership with prepaid service. You can not get through to service, but instead to someone who takes down your information and tells you a service rep will call you to make the appointment. But, of course no one calls you back! I bought a 2023 F-150. I have electrical issues which I brought truck in for evaluation. They kept truck for over 2 days No status phone calls nothing. I had to threaten them to get my truck back else I would lose my job, Anyway went picked up truck and of course problem was not fixed. "I recently had a disappointing experience at [Frontier Ford.The staff's behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling disrespected as a customer. On July 12,2023 I interacted with service manager who exhibited a complete lack of courtesy and failed to address my concerns.
