I want to thank Rosalee for being so helpful and a pleasure to work with for the service on my F-150. The repair was not easy to diagnose and took a couple of inspections and the parts took some to get due to supply constraints. Also a big thanks to Hector Zuno for his expertise and correctly identifying the cause of the issue and ensuring that the repairs were completed comprehensively!

My wife and I felt very lucky to have Salesman Alex Hernandez help us with the purchase of a 2017 Ford Fusion SE during the recent Presidential Day Sale at Frontier Ford. I went to ford today and my experience was GREAT. Jorge galvan made it so easy to get out and on the road with my new car. He found us the best quoted and worked with us until after hours making sure we were happy and felt in the right hands. He is Great and deserves recognition !!!

I had great sales service when inquiring for a car. That's not a surprise when they want you to buy from them. I liked that he was not pushy and pressuring me. He helped me use my x plan (employer work) discount and get into the Ford finance options (rates were so good during 2021 pandemic). I was asked to give my salesman a highly rated 5 star review when the survey came and said that he would get in trouble if it was 4 stars or else. well I helped him out with a good review for his service via Ford survey. Review for the Service dept - At days end its the Person that makes the difference! I have a 2019 edge and just bought a 2022 edge as well. I had a few factory issues with the new car a small misshap with the 2019 one. Mike Marshal quickly and effectively took care of all the issues!! was supper responsive and knoledgble and despite the fact I needed to fix things on a new car, Mike made the whole experince supper effective with Minimal time investment in the garage for me. I just wanna say that I was greeted with respect, was comfortable, asked tons of questions which they answered the way i wanted it to be answered. Had a firm price that I did not wanna go over and they honored everything. They didn't try to sell me stuff I did not want. Will, My sales guy was great! Kevin, the finance guy was thoroughly honest and funny. May get some time to take that new boat out in the water. If not.... SELL IT!
