Let me say one thing that should briefly summarize this whole review BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I got set up with this salesmen Will and he was absolutely awesome. I had the best experience ever purchasing are brand new Ford F250. We live 7 hours from Frontier dealer, and Roberto made the negotiations so easy over the phone. I scheduled a early appointment with Roberto to complete the purchase on Sunday morning. I was immediately greeted by Shak and Roberto was delivering the truck to us as we arrived. The finance team was already expecting us and got us in and out within 2 hours. This was a turn key transaction. Very, very satisfied with Frontier Ford.

I am happy to say this dealer is one of a kind! From having amazing customer service to great managers that helped make the process of buying a new vehicle so easy and painless. Came in on a Sunday afternoon to car shop. We were greeted by Shak sales person, who was very friendly towards my partner who was there to shop for a Bronco. We have looked around and knew where were going to buy a car that day. Shak worked with us to get the overall price down to a reasonable point. Warm and friendly, not pushy. We drove in from Antioch to look at a 2019 Ford Flex. Thomas helped us and made the whole process as painless as possible. A few hours later we drove off in our freshly detailed new (to us) car with a full tank of gas and a better interest rate than we had been offered on the pre-approval we came in with. Thomas was a pleasure to work with, as was Case in the finance department. All in all a good experience!

Decided to explore a used car in their in their inventory. Process was smooth and the sales rep Camran was responsive. Ended up agreeing on the price over a few calls and emails and next day i was out of the door with keys under an hour. They also gave me a full tank gas with my car. All in all - great experience. I drove almost 2 hours to come buy a 2015 VW GTI, drove in and Emanuel was there waiting with the key. He had even filled it to the brim prior to my arrival! After a brief test drive, I decided it was the car for me. Emanuel kept it simple and quick, and we even shared a few laughs.
