This place is terrible. I was trying to buy a truck from them for over 2 weeks and got passed along to 4 different sales people. Couldn't get a return call or any correspondence. For the record I own a construction company and have 10 vehicles financed with ford and have purchased vehicles all over the country every single purchase I do e sign with the dealership and arrange pick up or shipping. Nothing has changed here in years. Pulled in at 10:58 for my 11am appointment. One truck in front of me that pulled out a couple minutes later. At 11:10 I left after sitting there without help for over 10 minutes. I live one mile from here and hate that I need to go to Fremont for better service.
Service Department Fails to Follow Through or Communicate! We brought my wife's brand-new Mustang GT to Frontier Ford for a concerning clicking/popping noise that would happen randomly and loudly--startling and clearly abnormal for a new car. Title: Dishonest and Unprofessional Sales Tactics - Stay Away I had a terrible experience at Frontier Ford in Santa Clara (3701 Stevens Creek Blvd) while attempting to purchase a 2025 Ford Raptor. On Sunday, May 25th, I drove 65 miles after negotiating a deal at MSRP with two salesmen named Magic and Sinbad. These guys are not to be trusted. Bought a transmission from them one week later it started making noise every time it was in gear. I checked the fluids and everything before sending in to get the warranty check. Fluid was good no problem I even replace the fluid to make sure it wasn't a fluid issue before sending it to frontier. Voided my warranty since they said there was metal shaving in the fluid. This was all in one week after install. When we check the fluid there was no shaving and fluid was clean. Awful dealership. Never buy from here because they'll just waste your time and lie to your face about availability just to get you in the dealership and have you sit there for 3-4 hours just to tell you the VIN number you specifically told them and they confirmed they have in stock is not available yet. Frontier ford has really gone downhill. I used to have a good opinion of their service department. Quality work and reasonable pricing. However they have really plummeted. I can't even get an update on the status of my car. They have had it for 5 days and I can't get in touch with anyone. They don't even answer the phone.
