The customer service representative was especially warm and understanding of my situation. She went through detail and consulted me on the best energy option for my lifestyle. Moving is stressful enough and this particular person was very nice and I appreciate her help. Her customer service and the care that she took with me should be compensated in some way, please give her a raise or a really nice vacation time package.
