VERY PLEASE
Awesome sales experience, tried everywhere but the deposit was to high and Frontier was able to give me a fixed plan with a deposit of just $49. The agent was really friendly to me!
Way overpriced and will shut your power off even during an extension on due date. They will even admit that they were at fault but will do nothing to compensate your inconvenience. I paid for the extension and they agreed but didn't honor it. Avoid at all cost. Worse company ever. Why shut down service so quick anyway? I never had a company that would shut off service immediately after due date.
I find no flexibility with the payment due date. Late fees are assessed immediately, with the threat of disconnection for owing just the late fee.
