Awesome sales experience, tried everywhere but the deposit was to high and Frontier was able to give me a fixed plan with a deposit of just $49. The agent was really friendly to me!

My electric bill is an outrageous $400, and to make matters worse, they charge a $25 late fee for being just one day late—all while we’re in the middle of an inflation crisis! The rates are already high, and this company has no flexibility or understanding for customers who may need a little grace. I expected better customer service and more reasonable policies. Frontier Utilities is a terrible company. They are very deceptive with their billing methods. They use a 28 to 35 day billing cycle and frequently won't inform you in your acct what day the billing cycle ends until late into the cycle. Their customer service is based in a foreign country (Ecuador I believe) and their agents can only help you if your issue fits their word track scripts.
