The lady who took my order was supremely efficient, helpful, has excellent knowlege, and people skills. I had sub-metered electricity, at my former residence. And I was totally clueless, regarding the complexities of setting up ekectricity at my new place. To me, it felt like a live wired jungle! But my rep was most helpful. She sorted everything out and gave me my account number and the best electric choice for my needs. 😀
