We have a rental unit in Edmonton and the tenants were having issues with the furnace staying lit. Not a great time for this to happen when it is -40 outside. We called Furnace Family at 8:00 am and they were at the house before noon and had it fixed up. Justin was very professional and the tenants sent us a note to askedus to leave a review as they were impressed with the quick service and said he was "awesome". We would definitely use this company again and will be referring them to friends and family. Thank you!

A Sunday & the coldest day of the year our furnace died. The sensor wasn't sensing the ignition flame. Christine took our call on the Emergency line. She took the time to troubleshoot with us as a tech couldn't make it out until 11pm. She suggested cleaning our sensor. IT WORKED! We let the furnace run, stop and waited to make sure it started up again. An hour later, our phone rang. It was Christine, she took the time to call back to make sure we were warm and sorted out. Last week I had a problem with my 11 year old high efficiency furnace at home so I called Furnace Family Calgary (I had heard the owner on QR 770 Saturday show in December & was impressed with him) to send someone to diagnose the problem. Fantastic service! My furnace started only blowing cold air in January so I called and they sent someone out first thing in the morning. As my furnace is quite old, I was prepared to have to shell out a bunch of money to replace it. The technician was great. He was able to find a part and explained everything he was doing in a way that I was able to understand. I would definitely use Furnace Family again!

We came home to a cold house yesterday and couldn’t get the fan to run on the furnace. I’ve never called a furnace place before but we got through immediately and Kevin was here in under 30minutes. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and swapping out the motor. He didn’t leave until he knew things were warming up! He was pleasant, respectful & extremely competent! Booked seasonal maintenance for two furnaces at my daughter’s recommendation (replaced two furnaces, installed A/C, relocated a water heater and rerouted some ducting). Matt arrived and did an amazing job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and meticulous. Will probably have to replace our furnaces in a couple of years, and will be using Furnace Family for sure.

Justin Was knowable and was friendly, was safe with the Covid mask on. Did an great job replacing parts confirmed that the furnace was working before leaving site, explained problem with me. Thank you for the quick responses.
