My furnace broke down at 11 pm on Friday night, called and Richard answered. He was polite, informative and patient with me as I was in a bit of a panic. I chose to tough it out until morning, he promptly came out and went the extra mile with his service and billing. I am a senior who is on a limited budget and he accommodated me and did Not take advantage, kept his word on what the price would be. Great service. We had a minor leak in a furnace exhaust pipe, fixed for no charge. At the same time Richard noticed telltale signs the a/c unit hadn't been running at peak performance so he adjusted the thermostat furnace a/c control programming to run at peak efficiency, all ready for this summer. Throw in a few tips on the best choice for future replacement of the water heater and was a really good service visit. We always get this high level of service with Furnace Family.

My furnace had been acting up for 4 days then finally it wouldnt run for more then 3 min at a time, and of course this had to happen while it was -40, the house was down to 8 degrees. I called furnace family on a saturday at 5pm and Kevin was there in an hour After taking the time to figure out what was wrong Kevin didnt have the part but another guy did so off he went and got it!!
