It said we can have 25 contacts but my kids watches have 12-15 each and it won't let me add more.

I bought this watch because people said it was the most reliable tracking without a phone plan. However the tracking has been awful if it tracks at all. Very frustrated parent here.

Having serious issues with the device and app working together. Checked for updates and nothing. Feel like we waisted our money on this thing since it doesn't do what it's supposed. My kids offer me better then this companies devices do.

This app demands my precise location. I refused the permission and the app is frozen, even after restarting

Tracking doesnt work outside my house and the service is spotty. I live in a populated area so this should not be an issue. Tracking and communication was the entire point of buying this!

Tracking is unreliable. Both my child's phone and my app are up to date but often it tells me it can't find his location. The app gives you possible causes but none are it. He does not have low cell reception or airplane mode on because he's able to text and make calls. When this happens, which is at least twice weekly, the phone must be restarted. We now restart daily but the issue persists. Also, often tells me he's left home or returned when I can clearly see the phone in front of me.

Deceptive billing practices. Purchased their newest watch for $160 and not only is it really cheaply made but the battery does not last long at all. The GPS signal is not accurate which defeats the purpose. Good luck with it.

GPS has never worked. We've had the phone about a month. Customer service isn't able to find instructions needed to update software and further troubleshoot the device so we just go around and around through chat and email. Huge waste of money and time with chat wait times close to an hour. Editing after developer reply: it is now November and we still haven't resolved this issue. Several chats, dozens of emails and some phone calls have yet to fix the problem.
