It won't let me add contacts to my kids watches. It keeps saying the phone already has 25 contacts, which it definitely does not. Tells me to delete a contact to add another, which I tried and even that still doesn't work. Really frustrating that we are not getting the full functionality they claim.

It won't update location since over a year ago. And yes we've tried updating etc but still no luck. Only the most recent device that had been added works. (About 90% of the time) app sucks but devices are great.

Location very unreliable, almost worthless. The suggested fix for this is to factory reset the watch each time, which deletes ALL coins and pets the child has earned. CHILD WILL CRY. It also resets all contacts, custom texts, etc. PARENT WILL CRY. Phone function is fine. Everything else needs work. ** Updated 1-2-23. Recurring tasks added, though parents do not get notified when done. Unable to add new contacts even though they're is room for more. Tech support aware of the issue.

The app can only locate my child's watch about 5% of the time. It does not do the live tracking either. Always an error code that the watch may be turned off which it isn't. Also, when there are notifications in the app of me turning off the watch or the watch leaving the home zone... I do not get a push notification until hours later after the fact. Horrible. I want to return this watch. The calls and texts work perfect but the location/GPS feature is worthless.

Wish I had read the reviews sooner. The tracking is awful. It's worked maybe 2 times. I've restarted the phone and connected it to wifi and nothing has fixed the problem. This was a big reason for getting the phone. Hope they fix it soon.

We just started using our Gabb devices today and so far the app is unreliable. It will not open without an error or freezing up. It does not update locations well. I need to be able to rely on that aspect. It is the main reason I got the devices.

The app is really broken, at least on Android. Touches don't respond. Can move map but every button you have to hit 20 times and maybe it'll work maybe not.
